Itinerary of our Alpine gourmet weekend:

Thursday or Sunday
arrival until 12:00 on the mountain
make yourself comfortable and enjoy pieceful countryside. Have a walk or take a tour on your (E-)bike.
(optional bike hire and guided tours)

Friday / Monday - Cooking day
at about 14:00 our chef Hansi will start preparing its 4-course menu at the kitchen. If you want you can join him.

Saturday / Tuesday
relax or maybe visit a local farmhouse up the mountain in the summer or a small dairy down the valley.

Sunday / Wednesday
One more day up the mountain.
Best place to let your thoughts flow before you go back to normal life.

located high above Ellmau
- self catering facilities in two
fully equiped kitchens
- 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms
- 4-course gourmet dinner cooked
by Chef Hansi Koller.
Local couisine with regional
ingredients used by an
internationally working cook.
All transports are included as well as airport transfers from/to Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich.
